Call for Papers

The International Conference on Mechanical and Mechanics of Materials (IC3M 2025), organized by NERD Publication, invites researchers, academics, students, and industry professionals to submit original research papers, case studies, extended abstracts, and reviews. This hybrid event, held in-person at IBIS Pune, Pune, Maharashtra, India, and virtually from December 12-14, 2025, aims to foster innovation and collaboration in mechanical engineering and mechanics of materials.

Scope and Topics

Submissions should align with IC3M 2025 themes, contributing to advancements in mechanical engineering and mechanics of materials. Key topics include:

• Manufacturing Processes: Conventional and Non-Conventional Machining, Additive Manufacturing and 3D Printing, Welding and Joining Processes, Micro and Nano-Manufacturing, Advanced Joining and Assembly Techniques.
• Machine Design and Vibration Analysis: Computational Mechanics, Fracture Mechanics, Structural Health Monitoring, Vibration Reduction and Active Control, Integrated Design and Simulation.
• Materials Engineering: High-Entropy Alloys, Nanomaterials, Shape-Memory Alloys, Carbon Fiber-Reinforced Polymers, Self-Healing Materials, Materials for Extreme Environments.
• Fluid Dynamics and Thermal Engineering: Computational Fluid Dynamics for Complex Flows, Multiphase Flow and Heat Transfer, Heat Exchanger Design and Optimization, Advanced Heat Transfer, Fluid Structure Interaction.

Submission Guidelines

IC3M 2025 welcomes original, unpublished contributions in the following formats:

• Extended Abstracts: ~500 words, outlining objectives, scope, and results (no figures or tables).
• Short Papers: Up to 4 pages, including abstract, introduction, results/discussion, and references.
• Full Papers: Up to 8 pages, with detailed descriptions, including images, graphs, and results.

Submissions must use the IC3M .docx template, available in the “Download” section.Outcomes include Accept, Accept with Revisions, or Reject. Accepted papers require a 10–15minute presentation (in-person or virtual) and a signed copyright form for publication.

Publication

Accepted submissions will be published in the IC3M 2025 proceedings with an ISSN, ISBN, and unique DOI by CrossRef, archived by NERD Publication.
